The World Conference on China Studies – Shanghai Forum was successfully held on November 24, 2023. The conference was co-organized by the Information Office of the State Council of China and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University, and hosted by the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
Our Managing Partner, Ms. Ivana Kopilović, attended the conference.
Mr. Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, attended the opening ceremony, read Chinese President Xi Jinping’s congratulatory letter and delivered a keynote speech.
