M&A

Our merger and acquisitions team, works together with our partners in China, India and Europe on various types of deals with a cross-border prospective. We represent international clients in negotiated share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and legal mergers. We provide advice on various aspects of transactions, from a letter of intent to the legal and tax due diligence, drafting of agreements, closing of the deal and the assistance after the successful closure of a transaction.
