During her recent visit to China, Ivana Kopilović, Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner of Kopilović & Kopilović Law Firm Belgrade, had the honour of meeting with the team from Beijing Yingke (Jiaxing) Law Firm, including Attorney-at-Law and Executive Director, Miao Jia, and Attorneys-at-Law Li Wenhao and Chen Yagen. The meeting explored various legal practices and strategies relevant to both Serbia and China.
The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between the two law firms, particularly in light of the growing economic ties and the free trade agreement between Serbia and China that has come into force. They explored potential collaborative opportunities in international trade law and shared insights on the evolving legal environments in their respective countries. Ivana also addressed the increasing presence of Chinese corporations in Serbia, emphasizing the need for effective legal support for these enterprises as they navigate the local market.
This dialogue not only enhanced the professional connection between the two firms but also highlighted the importance of collaboration as Serbia and China continue to strengthen their bilateral relations.
