On the 13^th of September 2023, in collaboration with Yingke Law Firm, a globally established commercial law firm with its headquarters in Beijing, China, an event addressing the Legal Aspects of Investment in Serbia, focusing on ESG (‘Environmental, Social, and Governance’) Compliance and Risk Analysis, took place.

Presenting a session on ‘Direct Investment Projects in Serbia: Legal Framework and Case Studies’ was our distinguished Attorney at Law, Ms. Ivana Kopilović. Managing Partner at Kopilović & Kopilović Law Firm Belgrade.

Also gracing the event was Ms. Dušanka Talić, representing GrECo International, who delivered an insightful address on ‘Belt and Road Initiative – Ensuring Safety on the Expedition’.
