April 15, 2025 | Beijing — At the invitation of TOJOY Shared Holding Group, our partner Ms. Ivana and team member Ms. Han Ni visited the group’s headquarters on April 15, 2025, for a dedicated exchange with Mr. Yu Te, Secretary to the Chairman, and Mr. Jordan. The meeting focused on new opportunities for China-Serbia cooperation and the global empowerment of high-potential Chinese innovation-driven enterprises.
The session began with an introduction to TOJOY’ s core positioning as a big data-powered entrepreneurial resource-sharing platform. Backed by a nationwide network of over one million entrepreneurs, the Group provides full-chain support for high-growth Chinese enterprises through capital matchmaking, market expansion, brand promotion, and business model acceleration. Highlighted during the meeting were several flagship initiatives, including in-house health brands and fast-scaling technology innovation projects driven by the Group’s platform ecosystem.
In the realm of accelerated platform projects, TOJOY presented a number of tech-driven enterprises that have achieved rapid growth under its strategic support. For instance, DAILY CHARGE is building an integrated green mobility platform that offers EV charging, accessories, and trade-in services for electric vehicles. XIAOYU DIDA has developed a 24-hour unattended smart car wash solution to meet the needs of frequent urban drivers. ZHIFU Technology is reshaping the apparel retail model through AI-based body measurement and remote customization, launching a new concept of “24-hour unmanned custom clothing stores.” Meanwhile, ILVDO Interconnect has pioneered the “unmanned law firm” model, combining video legal consultations, automated document services, and physical service terminals to enhance grassroots legal literacy and public service accessibility.
In the health sector, WELLJRNY Technology and KIGER WELLNESS stood out as signature initiatives. WELLJRNY Technology is creating an integrated model that combines health-oriented hotel stays, business travel, and hotel retail innovation. By installing health-enhancing technologies like negative ion devices in hotel spaces, the project transforms traditional accommodations into wellness-oriented environments while optimizing business travel services. KIGER WELLNESS focuses on workplace wellness by introducing smart “Health Cabins” equipped with far-infrared therapy and air purification systems, offering a cost-effective and scalable solution for organizations to implement daily health management.
Following the project presentations, Ms. Ivana provided an in-depth briefing on the current landscape of Chinese investment in Serbia, highlighting major sectors such as new energy, smart manufacturing, and health technology. She outlined Serbia’s supportive policies, including land incentives, tax exemptions, and direct subsidies, and discussed the benefits of free trade agreements and visa-free entry, which offer Chinese firms a favorable legal and regulatory environment for global expansion.
Both parties agreed that TOJOY and its accelerated enterprises have strong technological and business model advantages well-suited for the Serbian market. Looking ahead, our firm will continue to provide comprehensive legal support for TOJOY and its partner companies, facilitating their compliant, high-quality development and market entry in Serbia and the broader Central and Eastern European region.
