In Belgrade, Vang led a Chinese delegation at a meeting of the national coordinators of the China &#8211; countries of Central and Eastern Europe, dedicated to preparations for the the third summit of the leaders of 16 countries of Central and Eastern Europe in Belgrade in December. He said that China attached great importance to the strenthening of bilateral cooperation within the mechanism of China\u2019s cooperation with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the realization of joint projects in the fields of infrastructure and energy. They also stressed the importance of further strengthening of political dialogue based on strategic partnership.
